Child Safety Standards

This document sets out the Child Safety Standards of RiseApp LTD for the mobile application Video Chat Live Roulette (Google Play package com.videotapechats.app), published on Google Play under the developer name RiseApp LTD.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on Video Chat Live Roulette. The following are explicitly prohibited on our platform:

• Creating, sharing, or distributing CSAM in any form, including photos, videos, livestreams, computer-generated imagery, text, or audio.
• Grooming — any communication intended to build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Sextortion of a minor — threatening or blackmailing a minor in connection with sexual imagery.
• Sex trafficking of a minor or facilitating commercial sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Sexualized depictions or sexualized communication involving minors, including roleplay, fictional content, or AI-generated content.
• Any contact or outreach to minors for sexual purposes, including the distribution of sexually explicit content to minors.
• Use of the App by anyone under the age of 18. The App is restricted to adult users only; minors are not permitted to register or use the service.

Any violation of these rules results in immediate account termination and, where legally required, reporting to NCMEC or the appropriate national hotline.

2. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback and Reporting

Video Chat Live Roulette provides an in-app mechanism for users to report concerns, including CSAE-related content or behavior. Users can:

• Use the "Report" button wherever it appears in the app — on profile screens, during livestreams, in messages, and in video calls.
• Use the "Block" action to immediately block another user.
• Email support@videotapechats.com.

3. Response to CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on the platform — through a user report, moderation review, or notification from a third party — we take the following action:

• Remove the content.
• Suspend and terminate the offending account.
• Preserve the content and associated metadata as required by applicable law.
• Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

RiseApp LTD self-certifies that the Video Chat Live Roulette app complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it is distributed, including obligations to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the equivalent regional authority.
