These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Video Chat Live Roulette mobile application (Google Play package com.videotapechats.app, the "Service") operated by RiseApp LTD, a company registered in Cyprus ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our EULA, Privacy Policy, and Child Safety Standards.
Video Chat Live Roulette is a social and video-communication platform where adult users can meet, chat, and communicate via text messages, video calls, and livestreams. Service features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
When using the Service, you must not engage in or share content that:
You must also not use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service, and must not attempt to circumvent moderation, security, or access controls.
You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, videos, text, audio). By posting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display that content solely to operate, moderate, and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we are required to retain it by law or to address a violation.
You are solely responsible for content you post and for ensuring you have the right to post it. You must not post content depicting a third party without their consent.
We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion — in particular where we have reason to believe a user has violated these Terms, the Community Rules, our Child Safety Standards, or applicable law.
Where legally required, confirmed CSAM is reported to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent regional authority, and we may cooperate with law-enforcement investigations.
The Service may offer in-app purchases, virtual items, and subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing. All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policy. For refund requests, please contact Google Play support; we may also assist at our discretion by emailing support@videotapechats.com.
Virtual items (such as gifts or coins) have no cash value, are non-refundable outside of Google Play's refund policy, and cannot be transferred outside the Service.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. Google Play Billing, analytics providers, advertising networks). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the App settings or by emailing support@videotapechats.com. Deletion of your account may not immediately remove all associated data; see our Privacy Policy for retention details.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your specific expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RiseApp LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@videotapechats.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them as part of a corporate transaction.
