This Privacy Policy describes how RiseApp LTD ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the mobile application Video Chat Live Roulette (Google Play package com.videotapechats.app, the "App"), published on Google Play under the developer name RiseApp LTD.

When you use Video Chat Live Roulette, we collect and process the following categories of personal data, as declared in our Google Play Data Safety section:

• Messages — text messages you send through the App.
• Photos and videos — media you upload to your profile or share in chats, calls, and livestreams.
• Device or other IDs — advertising identifiers and device identifiers used for analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising attribution.
• Account data — information you provide when creating an account (such as display name, age, gender, country) and authentication identifiers.
• Technical data — IP address, device model, operating system, app version, language, and crash logs.

3. Why We Process Your Data

• To provide the App's core features (matching, messaging, video calls, livestreams).
• To moderate content and enforce our Child Safety Standards and Terms of Service, including detection and removal of abusive content.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• To measure app performance and improve the service (analytics).
• To deliver and measure advertising.
• To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We share data with the following categories of processors and partners, strictly for the purposes above:

• Cloud and infrastructure providers — for hosting and storage of App data.
• Analytics providers — such as Google Firebase / Google Analytics and AppMetrica, to measure App usage.
• Advertising networks — to show and attribute ads.
• Payment providers — Google Play Billing and, where applicable, regional payment processors.
• Law enforcement and regulators — where legally required, including reports of confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the equivalent regional authority.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@videotapechats.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR.

7. Children

Video Chat Live Roulette is intended solely for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact support@videotapechats.com and we will delete the data and terminate the account. 8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
