This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is entered into between RiseApp LTD, a company registered in Cyprus ("Licensor", "we"), and you, the end user ("User", "you"), and governs your use of the mobile application Video Chat Live Roulette (Google Play package com.videotapechats.app, the "App"), distributed through Google Play.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, RiseApp LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on an Android device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App is intended solely for users aged 18 years or older. By using the App you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts of users we reasonably believe to be minors will be terminated.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
When using the App, you must not:
You retain ownership of content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant RiseApp LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, and display that content solely to operate, moderate, and improve the App. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
We may review, moderate, remove, or disable access to any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion and without prior notice, including where we have reason to believe the User has breached this EULA, our Child Safety Standards, or applicable law. Where legally required, confirmed CSAM is reported to NCMEC or the equivalent regional authority.
The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing. All payments are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Subscription cancellations, refunds, and renewals are governed by Google Play's refund and subscription policies.
The App, including its code, design, logos, and content provided by RiseApp LTD, is owned by RiseApp LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of the App to you.
The App may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RiseApp LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under this EULA shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
